Casa Joy extends over two floors:
The ground floor of Casa includes a new and well-equipped kitchen, a dining area with a table for 6 people, 2 bedrooms of which 1 master bedroom with queen size bed, both rooms with flat screen TV and luxury bathroom with a walk-in shower, washing machine and hairdryer. Body care products in the bathroom use natural oils and fragrances. Towels are also provided.
If you want to prepare lunch for your family or just make morning coffee, there is a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, freezer, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, ice-machine).
Rooms have marble tile floors, floor to ceiling windows and sunshades for afternoon naps. Beds are handmade of Croatian oak trees and have luxurious satin bedding to ensure a perfect night’s sleep. Windows have mosquito net protection.
The first floor offers a separate open-space studio, ideal for two people seeking extra privacy and a private entrance.
The space includes a queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, a freestanding bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen with a central island, a wine cooler and an ice maker, a remote work corner, and a separate toilet.
From the large terrace on the first floor, guests can enjoy views of the sea, the Premantura archipelago, and on clear days, even Mount Velebit. In the evenings, stargazing is possible.
The whole house is fully air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi internet access.
Casa Joy is a modernly equipped holiday home with a sea view, a private pool, an outdoor kitchen, and a garden surrounding the pool, adorned with old olive trees, grapevines, and traditional almond and fig trees.
Guests can enjoy a private garden hidden from view, which includes a paved sunbathing area with loungers, parasols, and an outdoor shower.
The spacious terrace by the pool features a dining area and a lounge zone, while a gravel path leads to the outdoor kitchen, equipped with water, electricity, an electric grill, a charcoal grill, and a traditional bread oven.
Casa Joy offers two private parking spaces free of charge for all guests, and the entire property is fenced and located on a quiet street with no traffic.
At Casa Joy, pets are welcome, and their stay is free of charge, because a true holiday isn’t complete without your dog, cat, or other pets.
Pets are not allowed to swim in the pool, use the bathtub or shower, or stay on the beds.
