Casa Joy is nestled in a peaceful street in a quiet, old part of picturesque Premantura, offering guests seclusion and tranquility and it is the perfect place for vacation. It is located 0,2 km from the center where all shops, bars and restaurants are located and 10 km from the center of ancient Pula. If you arrive by plane, International Pula airport is 17 km away. The nearest beach is 0,8 km, just 10 minutes of walking, or short drive. If you are tired of the pool or beach, there are fascinating cultural and historical sites (Amphitheater Arena, Triumphal Arch, Temple of Augustus, Gate of Hercule ect.)  as well as charming Istrian villages so Casa is excellent base for exploring them.
Casa Joy originally stood as a second home of owner grandfather Karlo, who was born in Italy and bough this land for his wife and daughters. One of his daughters, Karolina, was born during II. World war and she suffered physical and mental damage.   Afterwards Karlo decided to build this house as a sanctuary for his family. Repurposing the family’s legacy, the property is now place to slow down and focus on the things that make life beautiful. 
Surrounded by beautiful beaches, breathtaking Adriatic Sea, lush pine trees and greenery, Casa is designed to immerse guests in nature’s beauty while providing the utmost privacy and comfort. Inspiration for design Casa takes from the Roman tradition, where villas were built around a central mediterranean garden. Casa combines calming scandinavian and vivid mediterranean design in 2 spacious rooms with breathtaking view to outdoor pool, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
